Actimax, a leading UK provider of IT and telecoms services and products was acquired by Synova capital in April 2011. Synova now also own Universal and..X and want to combine all three acquired companies under one brand. Ultimate has been given the pleasure of creating this new, all encompassing brand. This branding project has included the creation of a new brand name and logo, the new brand launched itself as CloudXL. The process has involved creative campaigns, a tone of voice project, bespoke brochure – both a printed and digital version and finally a state of the art website.
