On the 2nd August 2015, Matt Townsend and Jon Walker are riding the Prudential Ride London 100 Mile cycle in support of Act For Wildlife. Act for Wildlife is a wildlife conservation campaign led by Chester Zoo, helping to save endangered species around the world from extinction.
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it’s a truly spectacular event and a truly demanding challenge.
