Exhibition Design is so much more than designing banners and leaflets, although they do play an important role. It encompasses everything from messaging to pre-event promotion and more. Typically, we will develop an exhibition campaign in tandem with a product or brand launch but this is by no means a requirement. Nor do you need to have worked with us before.

This research will inform the style of artwork, use of language and overall tone of the work.

With the brief and brand established, we will create artwork that can be applied to a variety of formats or assets, per your specifications and needs. This could simply be a traditional pull-up banner or something more complex, such as a 3D bespoke exhibition stand, customised to fit your allotted space. If you wish to distribute brochures we can design them, as well as brand any products that you may wish to giveaway. Here at Ultimate, we can also help you carefully craft questionnaires to hand anyone who engages with you. Following the event, you can then collate and analyse that date to inform any future marketing strategy.

Our work is all geared towards attracting your target audience to an exhibition, stand, talk or similar. Such promotion can begin prior to the event itself, through use of teaser material. This could be digital, physical or a combination of both. This can then be tied in within any giveaways, to further draw people in.
